Cancellation Policy
There is a 48 hour notice policy for changes to an appointment or cancellation. A no show or cancellation made within 48 hours of one’s appointment will result in a $50 fee. There is a grace period of 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. After this time, appointments may need to be rescheduled
Emergency Policy
If you are feeling suicidal, have a sudden change in symptoms, or side effects of medication, please call 502-257-1603. After business hours, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Additional resources are listed below.
Self-Pay (out-of-pocket)/Out of Network
The self pay fee is collected at the start of each appointment using a card on file (or as agreed).
Termination of Services
Three (3) no-shows may result in termination of services and referral. To cancel or reschedule, please call 502-257-1603.
